For
the next step of our process, we created a website for Shruberish. The
URL would be located at www.shruberish.com. In order to make Shruberish
stand out from the other competition, we will make the website valuable.
It will be broken up into sections/tabs for each of your services. Each
of these sections/tabs will then explain in detail what the service entails
and show images so that the customer can see for themselves. We want to
make sure that anyone that visits Shruberish will find all the answers
they are looking for and will be enticed to visit the store or buy their
items on-line. We also want to have a form that the customer can send
to ask questions or receive quotes for landscaping services.

Page Design
Shruberish
home page was designed to be simple and informational. It has upcoming
events, mission statement and contact information - all of which most
people are looking for when they go to a website. We used a CSS layout
that lists the "picks" along the top of the page. The image of the logo
on the top of the page, the links under them and the contact information
along the left hand site will show up on all pages; this will help with
the navigation of the site. We used green and orange font colors as described
in the identity board earlier; we also used the font type that was called
out too. All of this will help maintain the earthy tones which in return
will create that calm, relaxing feeling.
Product Page Design
The product page design is to list all of the available services you have
to offer. Once you are on that page you would be able to click on any
of the services to find out more information about them. We listed a brief
description of what each service is about; this also helps with navigation
so the customers would know exactly what they are looking for.
Creative
Page Design
The creative page design is used for helpful information.
We wanted something that would help do-it-yourselfers. This page lists
three different planters and also lists how to create that planter yourself.
If the site were fully functional it would list other services you have
and give helpful hints on how to achieve the look yourself. This is important,
it helps gain the trust of your customers when they know you are there
to help them and not just take their money.
